The "Flavors of Autumn" tasting menu is excellent. Friendly and professional service. Reasonable prices for the quality.

Our first experience at a restaurant of this caliber. We found the kindness, helpfulness, and quality to be truly top-notch. The dishes were explained clearly and simply, and, in my case, they were careful to find alternatives to the menu to suit my tastes... I definitely recommend them. Thank you so much ❤️

Superlative! I'm intolerant to garlic, so I'm used to having to choose dishes that don't contain it. For the first time, I was able to choose any dish on the menu regardless of the base ingredients, because every dish was specially prepared for me without garlic. In other restaurants, even Michelin-starred ones, I've often had to forgo dishes I'd wanted to order. The staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. I was with my two dogs, and they reserved the largest table for two, in a beautiful corner of the veranda. A wonderful experience. Everything was impeccable. The dishes were tasty and I'll remember them for a long time. Especially the wonderful crème brûlée. One of the best desserts I've ever eaten in my life.

I had dinner at Malga Panna last year for Valentine's Day with my girlfriend. What can I say? The dinner exceeded my every expectation! I couldn't be more satisfied with everything. The location is beautiful, all in wood, like a mountain hut, very elegant, warm, and welcoming. As for the food, well, I ate wonderfully, with flavors and dishes that respect and highlight the local area in every course. A special mention goes to the "pasta, potatoes, and truffle" with roasted potato broth—out of this world! The wine pairing was excellent, ranging from Trentino to Alto Adige. The staff was attentive, kind, and very relaxed. The only flaw (which, I should point out, doesn't detract from the overall rating in the slightest) was a small slip-up in the wine pairing service. Unfortunately, the glass arrived (it was Saturday night, after all, and there were a lot of people) after the meal was finished. All in all, it was an evening to remember, definitely one of the starred dinners that left me with the fondest memories, and one I'll definitely return to again and again!

One of the best meals that we had on a multi week trip throughout Italy. The uovo fritto, tortelli, spaghetti burro, hay scented beef and pressed duck special as well as the tiramisu were fantastic. The service is outstanding as well. Truly a wonderful experience of traditional European and Italian dishes with a South Tyrol flavor.

Dopo il viaggio della speranza, ci siamo concessi il piacere di iniziare la vacanza con una cena a Malga Panna dove l’accoglienza è di casa e niente è mai nel posto sbagliato. Le sculture in legno in questo contesto caldo e sempre accogliente lo rendono sempre nuovo e interessante e tornare è sempre sempre sempre un vero piacere, per il palato, per gli occhi e per l’anima. La cucina è come sempre precisa gustosa e mai invadente nei gusti, se pur molto decisi e presenti, soprattutto nei secondi. I dolci sono una scoperta di sapori impensabili da abbinare, ma geniali. Siete una garanzia….l’unica frase finale che posso scrivere e sperare è….alla prossima 🥳

Questo ristorante mi resterà nel cuore per sempre. Cortona Moena un viaggio impegnativo ma che rifarei un milione di volte. Avevo letto la storia che "racconta" lo Chef fatta di tradizione e contemporaneità...averla ascoltata dal vivo ha superato ogni aspettativa. Grazie perché mi sono sentita super coccolata ❤️
