Arrived at Malga Ora after a circular route starting at Passo Lavazé passing through Malga Costa. The route is very exposed to the sun due to the destruction caused by Vaia. Many kilometers covered but it was worth it. Around the hut there is a beautiful play area for children and a place for picnics.

The walk from Passo Lavazè is beautiful, unfortunately the mountain hut can also be reached by car and this means that there are always so many people making it a somewhat chaotic place. Precisely for this reason the quality of the food does not excel...

Malga with the possibility of eating both inside (you can book and it is absolutely recommended) and outside (free tables without reservation). Helpful and friendly staff, good food (excellent dumplings and Hungarian soup). Nice and clean outdoor area (where if you want you can have a picnic on the lawn, sunbathe or cool off at the present and public source) with lots of games and animals, a decidedly excellent solution for a regenerating and relaxing stop.

We ordered a Strauben and a Kaisershmarrn for four of us, we couldn't eat it all, they were plentiful and delicious. Exceptional pine grappa.

15/08/2024: We spent last night with them. Excellent service, very polite. New room with air conditioning. We were able to park the motorbike covered and safe. Excellent breakfast, the owner was alone and went out of his way to please everyone. Price more than fair. Highly recommended Mauro and Loredana from Verona
15/08/2024: Very clean and tidy facility. The rooms are as in the photo and are equipped with air conditioning. The rooms are very clean. Welcoming and very friendly staff. I recommend the stay, also for the excellent location.
