I only had two drinks and a plate of falafel. I would describe their drinks as signature, yes, different from the usual, spicy but that's their strong point. Don't be afraid to be daring, they can surprise... just one note: some are more spectacular than good, it's not that they suck, but I would rebalance the recipe. I don't remember the names, but I'm referring to a very spectacular one, with an infusion of bluebatleflye peach, green apple juice, acidified, probably with ascorbic or citric acid or both. The contrast changes the color of the drink. Spectacular indeed, but the bluebatleflye peach is a flower with a very neutral flavor. The apple juice, at least with those proportions of acids, had no residual apple flavor, the citrus takes over, nothing more than a vodka lemon. Will I return? Probably, but I'll be more careful with my choice.
