Makari Caffe In San vito lo capo

If you're in San Vito lo Capo, Sicily, you absolutely must go to Macari and visit this cafe. It's like a cafe at the end of the world. Magical.

We stopped for a coffee but they were so kind that we bought a fantastic cannolo-shaped magnet and a small bottle of Sicilian bitter.

Little food available, practically only packaged food

The staff is finally smiling and attentive to customers! Highly recommended.

Superb pizza! Neapolitan style (with a thick crust), but very light and easy to digest. There's a nice variety of toppings, they're well-cooked, the service is quick and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. It's just a shame they didn't have draft beer. Tables are limited, so reservations are recommended, especially in high season! The great thing is that it's popular with tourists as well as locals who come mostly for takeout. Highly recommended

What can I say...excellent food where you least expect it. It looks like a tobacconist's bar...but in the evening it transforms into a pizzeria, and what a pizzeria!! Superb mixed fried food and truly delicious pizzas. We even took some home because they were so over-the-top we couldn't finish them. We waited a bit, but the service was friendly nonetheless.

Not a fantastically hip place, but the staff is very friendly, and the pizzas are the best we've had here in Sicily! Delicious!!

A tiny seaside village, this charming spot is perfect for a coffee while enjoying a magnificent view of nearby Santa Margherita Bay and Cala del Bue Marino! Friendly and welcoming staff!

I highly recommend it especially for the hospitality and kindness of the staff and the super excellent food.
