More than an experience, a real journey into the world of Tiki. Accompanied by an evocative atmosphere, music that transports you back in time and unparalleled drinks. I spent an evening there with my girlfriend that left us completely speechless, from the first step taken in the place to the last once we left. We will return again and again.

Suggestive atmosphere in a place in the gasometer area. The bowl with noodles, both meat and fish, was delicious. We didn't try the desserts, but they seemed very special.

Un locale splendido per ambientazione. I drink sono sempre il top e la varietà del menù è impressionante. Si vede il grande lavoro di chi cura i menù. Ci torni sempre molto volentieri. Personale sempre molto cordiale e preparato. Consiglio gli onigirazu, davvero una stupenda novità.

The atmosphere is very nice, Hawaiian style with 50's-70's American music, but the food is average and the service is very slow.

Super comfortable, pleasant and perfect environment for an aperitif with friends to meet up. Special aperitifs. Limited choice for teetotalers. We eat sushi, not a wide choice but we are happy with it because it is good. Especially the fried shrimp.

18/07/2025: Among the many touristy, rustic trattoria-style restaurants in the area, who would expect to eat one of Rome's best cacio e pepe dishes in a modern and elegant setting just steps from the Spanish Steps? VyNIQUE offers this and much more. Style abounds, quality ingredients, and attention to presentation. We had a puff pastry eggplant parmigiana as an appetizer, followed by a carbonara and a cacio e pepe. For dessert, a fruit soup with sorbet and a citrus crème brûlée. The appetizer was delicious, and we returned the first courses as if they had just come out of the dishwasher. My wife told me the crème brûlée was one of the best she'd ever tasted. To top it all off, the waitress was both friendly and professional. Our only regret was not having tried their Negroni. Until next time, highly recommended!

28/06/2025: And if you don't believe it you have to try the old-style trattoria with ultra portions only for eaters of good taste at prices that really have no equal, compliments to the very kind staff and to the mother chef who cooks with heart and you can see it, try it to believe it.
