We've eaten at this simple restaurant before, which is clean but lacks any "atmosphere." The staff has always been friendly. Today we ordered delivery. That also went smoothly, but they clearly misunderstood our order and delivered something different. We complained, and they listened patiently and helpfully. Shortly thereafter, the correct menu arrived, at no additional charge. All special requests were taken into account, and we were served a very generous portion (as always, really). Therefore, "Mahmut's Food" is absolutely recommended...! Europeans don't like overly spicy flavors, so Asians have adapted for years, and Indians reduce the heat. Here, the kebab is decidedly oriental-style (not too spicy) and, above all, "the chef is in love" (he thinks of his love when he adds salt). Dear Mahmut's staff: you can always add more salt, but once it's too much on the meat, you can't take it away! And: you're very generous with the meat portions! I think your guests would be satisfied with a little less meat and a little more rice, salad, etc. But in conclusion: you've earned the praise of your guests! However, I would like to offer a piece of advice:
