Excellent pizzas and delicious cuoppo

4 of us had dinner at this restaurant during the holidays. What can I say, the food isn't even bad, especially the pizzas, but even the hamburgers held up well. The location is very nice and well looked after. The real, big, huge problem is disorganization. Zero communication between dining room and kitchen staff. The waiters are also kind but if everyone at my table has finished eating 20 minutes ago and I ask you for explanations about a missing dish you cannot disappear and not give me any more explanations. Unprofessional. The hamburger arrived at the table at least another 20m after the reminder. Furthermore, I don't think there is a real division of the restaurant between the waiters and therefore anyone in particular who takes care of certain tables, so you have to be able to attract the attention of one of the waiters and hope that they see you. Absolutely fair price in my opinion

The pizza is definitely not good, the fish dish was plentiful and good. The place is very nice, the service fast and the prices average. Pleasant evening for the location and the nice atmosphere.

Open-air restaurant where the lack of air conditioning is felt due to the heat and humidity typical of this region. The service is friendly and helpful. The pizzas are good.

I'll update after the response from the owner who deserves an extra star for his courtesy and great civility. Confirmation that it was certainly an unlucky evening but thank you because it's nice to read such intelligent people Nice place from an aesthetic point of view and excellent pizza but honestly the service is left to young guys who work really hard but seem inexperienced in heart attacks as well as an unfortunate accident due to a caprese with mozzarella which was sour for which I requested the change that has been made. Even if the waiter's manner was a bit abrupt. Price in line with the place. Frankly, I would like to try again because I think they can improve. Of course, if you leave everything in the hands of four guys who are so young, no matter how hard they work, it becomes difficult.

Allora il posto è anche carino, in mezzo al verde.. Pizza buona anche se fatta un po' in velocità e si vede.. Hanno peccato in alcune cose però, perché siamo stati in questo posto due sere in una delle quali abbiamo prenotato e al momento del nostro arrivo non c'era il tavolo. I camerieri erano impanicati fortemente e non lo nascondevano neanche 😅 abbiamo chiesto 3 volte un seggiolone e si dimenticavano sempre ..diciamo che il posto lavora perché è la pizzeria del villaggio.

Una pizza davvero eccellente. Quando la mozzarella non è il solito trito insapore, ma fette di fiordilatte, quando il pomodoro è salsa di pomodoro, quando il basilico è basilico, soprattutto quando l'impasto è perfetto e digeribile, vuol dire che la pizza (autenticamente napoletana) è eccellente. Si aggiunga una birra ottima, un cuoppo di buon livello (forse con l'unica pecca di non prevedere la pasta cresciuta), una location splendida e personale di sala gentile e non invadente, si è in una pizzeria di ottimo livello. E la cosa è assai rara in Toscana (e infatti il titolare è partenopeo). Ci sono stato due volte nelle mie fin troppo brevi ferie e ci tornerò senz'altro.
