Adele, cook from Tramonti, a small village on the Amalfi Coast, brings with her the authenticity of southern flavors and with her gestures she tells you how she cooked with the basic ingredients with love, heart and soul. She doesn't cook for customers, she cooks as if customers were old friends invited to dinner!! His pasta and beans dish is a symphony of simplicity and taste.
