Excellent value for money. One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Fast and friendly staff. Recommended to anyone.

The supplì are excellent and the pizza is also excellent. Next time I will try the restaurant, the premises are excellent.

Very nice room (the old floors deserve a special mention) and clean, as well as equipped with everything you need. The attention to detail is at times touching. The food is good in the adjoining restaurant, but the highlight is undoubtedly the passion that exudes from a frank, passionate and cheerful family management, without these positive characteristics ever ending up being translated into superficial, approximate and out-of-the-line attitudes. Their attention to the customer has allowed them to create an audience of loyal historians: they deserve all their success, there's no doubt about it. Hats off!!!

Quite strategic position to reach Lake Turano (Rieti). But the location (Posticciola, a hamlet of Rocca Sinibalda) of this structure is not MAGICAL, but * ENCHANTING * for how well looked after it is thanks to some artists, who have made this small village unique into a true jewel to visit, rich in history and local tradition . The structure is managed by the great Gianni. He is great for his simplicity, friendliness and skill for always being available. Very clean, well-maintained room, completely renovated bathroom. The breakfast (on the terrace) was VERY GOOD, full of homemade desserts. Lunch and dinner? What can I say, everything was good and plentiful. I also recommend the pizzas and Tiramisu. We have to go back because we didn't have time to visit all of Posticciola... And it's immediately magic... ❤️

Definitely a positive experience. Comfortable and spacious apartment and excellent restaurant where you can taste typical local dishes. Located in the village of Posticciola, which is also beautiful, a stone's throw from Lake Tutano and about forty-five minutes from Lake Salto, both very interesting to visit. Advised!!
