Owner and chef are good and knowledgeable in the kitchen, excellent food, fresh, freshly prepared and this makes the difference, I recommend it to everyone, fair prices
We are Emilians and therefore it is well known that we also like to eat well........ After a busy day watching the Ryder Cup we were looking for the right place, at first sight the choice did not excite me, but in the end I had to I think again: clean bathroom and room (partially open kitchen), lots of choice, excellent food and wines; owner and chef ready to satisfy our requests. If we are in the area we will return to 100x100!
True typical restaurant, Roman and Sabine cuisine, always fresh and freshly cooked products. The pinsa is also excellent and the owners often offer "off the menu" dishes with excellent special preparations. On Fridays there is also fish on the fixed menu. I always recommend booking.
