Madreterra In Alatri

I had the pleasure of dining at Madreterra and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the start, we were greeted with a welcome course that immediately set the tone for the evening. Each dish was carefully prepared and impeccably presented. The service was pleasant, with the staff always attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A certainty of Ciociaria cuisine. Excellent raw materials cooked with skill by the chef. Professional and courteous wait staff.

Excellent fish restaurant, one of the few restaurants in Altri where you can eat good fish. The place is ancient and structured with arches and exposed stone. Very beautiful and particular dishes prepared with taste and passion. In summer it also sets up outdoor tables in the adjacent square where the fish market once took place. A stone's throw from the ancient acropolis of Alatri. Go there, you won't feel bad.

Dinner with friends.... Food: authentic prepared with fresh ingredients, many dishes are 'homemade' products. Welcoming atmosphere: The decor is particular, well-spaced tables. Perfect for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends. Attentive Service: The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us good advice on the menu choices and were quick to serve the dishes. Reasonable price: Considering the quality of the food and the atmosphere, I found the prices quite good. Cleanliness: admirable. Best product tasted: braised veal, very tender meat cooked truly ad hoc. In general, I recommend the Madreterra Restaurant.

A beautiful discovery near the acropolis of Alatri. A young chef with a lot of imagination and desire to do things who however accepts any requests for changes to his dishes. High quality raw materials in refined dishes.
