Fantastic culinary stop! Very nice place in the historic center of Alatri. The dishes are very original and well balanced. The filo pastry handkerchief with ratatouille is delicious, as is the pasta with white ragout with pumpkin and chestnuts, the very tender braised meat cooked in wine Cesanese. The millefeuille with cream, pears and chocolate is delicious. Great professionalism and exquisite kindness complete everything!!!

Restaurant run by a young chef who enriches his dishes with imagination and professionalism. Very interesting location in the center of the town which has preserved its traditional appearance combined with a sober but impactful class and elegance.

Impecable and beautiful restaurant. Learning about this place while tasting the amazing plates was really lovely. OMG, the rissotto is AMAZING, and the attention to every single detail too!

We chose to celebrate the first day of this new year, for lunch, in this splendid restaurant in Alatri. Varied, refined, refined, creative menu. From the appetizer to the dessert, we felt like we were on a journey through time among the flavours, smells and colors of a generous, cultured and succulent land like Italy. Amazing cuisine, excellent service, absolutely fair bill. Thank you very much for this culinary experience which gave us that touch of good taste and elegance rare to encounter these days. Abbiamo scelto di festeggiare il primo giorno di questo nuovo anno, a pranzo, in questo splendido ristorante ad Alatri. Menù vario, ricercato, raffinato, creativo. Dall'antipasto, al dolce, ci è sembrato di fare un viaggio nel tempo tra sapori, odori e colori di una terra generosa, colta e succulenta come l'Italia. Cucina strepitosa, servizio eccellente, conto assolutamente giusto. Per un pranzo domenicale decidiamo di provare questo ristorante.. Ordiniamo nel totale un antipasto ,due primi e un secondo accompagnati da 2 ottimi calici di vino Antipasto da incorniciare con un ottima insalata di mare cotta a bassa temperatura,e un salmone veramente eccezionale,un ostrica e 2 fritti di cui ora non ne ricordo il nome, ma erano molto buoni. Il primo di pesce, un ottimo spaghetto con burro salato e gamberi rosa,spettacolari,forse mancava una spinta in più,del tipo un po' di piccante,oppure un altro ingrediente. Il primo di carne,una fettuccina al ragù di cinghiale e tartufo,ottime come la precedente portata,il ragù di cinghiale era delizioso,peccato che il tipo di tartufo non aveva quella forza per potersi far notare nel piatto. La vera chicca della giornata è stata la seconda portata,un baccalà da ristorante stellato,con una crema di porri eccezionale. Servizio gentile e professionale, tornerò sicuramente per provare altre pietanze
