Essentially the best pizzeria in Salerno. A modern place, parking is fairly easy to find in the area. Reservations are recommended. The pizza with zucchini flowers is delicious, and the one with hazelnuts is exceptional. High-quality ingredients. The pizza is easy to digest, cooked well. The desserts are also truly excellent, on par with the quality of the pizza.

A charming place in the center of Salerno, where you can enjoy delicious pizza with easy-to-digest dough and quality ingredients. The pizzas are different from the classic ones, with a medium thickness, not quite Neapolitan. The pizzas are also good. Helpful and professional staff, average prices.

Great pizza, great staff and fantastic location

This isn't your average pizzeria, especially for those who think of classic, traditional establishments; it's truly something more. A modern, well-appointed restaurant on two levels, with a wood-fired oven in plain sight. You can also dine outside, or, during the warmer months, in the space in front of the restaurant. Fabrizio, the owner, wanted to create a relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy the creations of Francesco, the master pizza chef, who, along with his large staff, turns out his creations daily. Perfectly leavened and matured dough, made with various types of flour and even new ingredients like zucchini flowers, is then baked and/or fried, then topped with high-quality ingredients. Given the originality of the offerings, which are never banal or self-serving, the tasting menu is a great way to quickly understand the restaurant's philosophy or return repeatedly. You certainly won't be disappointed. Fabrizio also boasts a highly trained and close-knit wait staff who immediately put guests at ease. The Belgian draft beer, Pater Linus, is very interesting. The selection of beers and wines to pair well with La Madia's offerings is extensive. The prices are perfectly in line with the ingredients used.

Siamo stati in questa pizzeria che conosciamo da tempo, anche se era un po' che mancavamo. Ci siamo andati in occasione di una pizza con gli amichetti di mio figlio. La pizza buonissima, i fritti altrettanto. Conto nella media. Il nostro tavolo era rumoroso, visto che abbiamo scelto di proibire l'uso di cellulari e dispositivi elettronici di ogni tipo. Era rumoroso si, ma gioioso, e non meno di quanto poteva esserlo un tavolo di adulti. Eppure una cameriera in particolare oltre ad aver chiesto di contenere l'entusiasmo, ci stava invitando a mangiare la torta fuori dal locale (su una panchina?) ed ha addirittura bestemmiato sottovoce. Il proprietario o gestore è stato invece di una gentilezza e cortesia estremi. Suggerirei di cambiare personale o di moderarne gli atteggiamenti impulsivi, perché quando si accetta un tavolo di 10 bambini di dieci anni cadauno, si accetta anche la loro vivacità, che assicuro non era scostumatezza ma solo grande gioia di stare insieme. Per il resto consiglio vivamente il locale, riguardandosi dalla cameriera un po' nervosa.
