The place is very nice, strategically located, and we ate well.
The service was efficient, the dishes arrived relatively quickly, and the waiter (or owner) who served us was slightly suspicious and a bit too serious, but he still managed to do his job.

We were in the center of Tropea and we couldn't find a restaurant with reasonable prices and good food, we stopped at the Made in Sud restaurant and we immediately realized that the food was excellent, we had the risotto alla pescatore spaghetti mussels and clams and a fried fish and it was all delicious, highly recommended

Following the blogger's opinion and recommendation, we stopped by a restaurant while in Tropea. We tried the dishes she recommended, which were decent but nothing special. I think the price paid could be better spent culinary-wise. The best part was... the white wine.

The restaurant, in the center of Tropea, is sheltered from street noise because it's located on a side street. We had dinner there, and the food was truly excellent. A good platter of cured meats and cheeses, a sliced Angus beef with porcini mushrooms, and a sliced tuna with red onions were truly exceptional in both quantity and quality. A very small downside, but understandable: I believe, and I repeat, I believe the porcini mushrooms weren't fresh, but the dish was excellent nonetheless. The staff was very friendly, and they had no problem with our small dog.
An experience we'll definitely try again.

Servicio amable con recomendaciones del menú. Elegimos dos platos de pasta que eran excepcionales, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que uno era una opción sin gluten. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Regresamos la noche siguiente porque disfrutamos mucho de la comida y del servicio.
