Machettö In Pietra ligure

Un’esperienza veramente unica, abbiamo provato il menu degustazione che, se si accede per la prima volta, consiglio vivamente perché i piatti sono veramente unici e poter assaggiarne diversi è un viaggio tra i sapori unico! Tra i cinque piatti che abbiamo assaggiato citerei prima fra tutti la cipolla … non so riportare come è fatta, ma ha dell’incredibile!! Si, una semplice cipolla, ma elaborata nella cottura e squisita nei sapori non si ricorda per il nome ma per la spettacolarità del sapore del piatto!! Da assaggiare assolutamente gli spaghetti al ragù di polpo…🤪 incredibili!! Il conto?… per quello che abbiamo mangiato se fossimo stati in un’altra località sono sicuro avremmo speso molto di più, quindi ritengo il costo adeguato a ciò che si è gustato, quindi non caro, giusto! Consiglio vivamente di provare questa esperienza. Complimenti a tutto il personale dalla brigata al servizio in sala: eccellente! Educazione, riservatezza, sorriso.

We went to the restaurant for a truly excellent dinner! Located in the narrow streets of the city, the restaurant has a very pleasant and sophisticated environment. The service was very efficient and the staff very knowledgeable in the description and presentation of the dishes. Truly excellent menu, with a valid and varied proposal, with refined and sophisticated dishes. The wine list was also good, with many offers. The price, overall, is worth both the environment and the service. Truly a sublime experience!

Unfortunately we were not satisfied, slow and inattentive service, obviously known customers do not receive the same treatment. Decent food, but I think they should show me the catch of the day before cooking it. The prices of the above are not displayed or indicated on the menu. Too bad, I don't think I'll go back

Machettö is a culinary revelation! The food is simply sensational, with the freshest fish straight from the sea. Whether you choose it raw or grilled, every bite is a dream. The promising chef and his young, dynamic kitchen team are on the verge of something big—don’t be surprised if you see them soon in the Gault Millau or Michelin guides. This place is a must-visit for any seafood lover!

To be honest we were on our way to the neighbor but he had no room left. We received a warm welcome at Machettö where we could even sit outside. Delicious 5 courses (“chefs Free hand”) with good wine and pleasant service. The grilled inion is highly recommended. Afterwards we were kind of happy that the neighbor didn't have a place 😂

Since it opened, it has been a fixed point and an unmissable stop on every visit to Liguria. Their à la carte menu is always exceptional and sophisticated, but this time they have outdone themselves with the tasting menu which takes guests on a journey to discover Ligurian culinary traditions with a modern and innovative twist. Great attention to detail. Pairing top wines with great Ligurian classics but also wines rediscovered from native and ancestral vines. Generous portions for a tasting menu, so be careful not to get too full at the end :) Crazy!

A gastronomic jewel in the heart of Pietra Ligure. An elegant and welcoming environment, accompanied by quick service and the friendliness and competence of the staff, who we relied on to choose the pairing of the catch of the day with the most suitable wine. Quality raw materials and innovation are the strong points of this restaurant, which has nothing to do with the typical super-tourist Ligurian restaurant, but which offers an interesting and original menu. Advised!

This restaurant served dishes with very high quality. We had an appertizer of onions and a delicious sauce proposed by the waiter. Surpricingly good. The main courses were also delicous. The place had a nice atmosphere and the service was excellent.
