Delicious meat lunch, comfortable environment, fast and welcoming service. The diaphragm was finished, exquisite rib and tartar, noteworthy liver. In addition a bottle of red, total 30 euros per person. They also welcomed us at the end of the service and fortunately offered us a veal with tuna sauce that they had made extra.

Very friendly and prepared staff. All the dishes are really good and the meat is exceptional. I recommend the tartare and the rib-eye. The ricotta and pear cake is delicious. Absolutely coming back

Butcher's shop with kitchen, special!
The place is furnished in 60s/70s style with truly remarkable vintage objects that give a unique atmosphere: it seems like being catapulted back in time, into one of those typical mid-century Italian trattorias that we would now only see in films.
The quality of the food is really high, all local. Very good wine cellar, I discovered a specialty from Imperia that I didn't know about.
The proletarian always smiling and with an eye on the room, excellent service.
Must try!

Locale molto caratteristico di Cogoleto, dove in una prima stanza si ammirano le carni disponibili da poter farsi cucinare, poi ci si addentra nel vecchio locale di macellazione riadattato a sala da pranzo industriale, molto carino.
Le carni assaggiate tutte buone, porzioni ottime. Tuttavia i prezzi sono un pochino esagerati, ormai mangiare fuori sta diventando molto caro più o meno ovunque.

Trovato inaspettatamente posto durante il ponte dei morti , quindi doppiamente contento per aver ben soluzionato il problema cena , senza aver prenotato. Formaggino beigua , lingua in salsa verde e cervella , come antipasto. Bollito misto ( top) e fiorentina di secondo . Buon vino . Locale tipico ligure semplice ma efficace . Soddisfatto e buon qualità prezzo . Bollito piatto della serata
