I ate a delicious pistachio slice. The welcoming environment and the kind and friendly service. I had dinner on Thursday without needing to book but at the weekend it is best to call.

It presents itself with a beautiful butcher's counter full of meat, I would have expected to be able to choose anything and instead there is a menu to respect... However, excellent meat, I tried the diaphragm burger..
Overall a little pricey, the lasagna for the girl is 14 euros, but for the rest it's ok

Si entra in macelleria e proseguendo si arriva a tre enormi locali adibiti a ristorante, dove un tempo macellavano le carni. Arredamento industrial e vintage, molto caratteristico! Ricchissimo menu di carne, qualche primo.
Tutto ottimo! Solo una nota: nel menu non è indicato ma le polpette fritte hanno dentro il gorgonzola. Mentre la salsiccia al gorgonzola in effetti o non lo aveva o proprio non si sentiva! O forse hanno sbagliato l’ordine.
Bagno pulito, personale gentilissimo!
Torneremo sicuramente!

Butcher's shop with counter and kitchen/restaurant that had been recommended to me... intrigued, I went there immediately and honestly, it went beyond my expectations... in addition to the quality of the meat, I was struck by the quality of the cuisine. I decided to take mostly more typical things, Genoese artichoke top, carpione meatballs, meat pizza and green kidney... I was really impressed by the positive aspects of the flavours, some of which I had never tried and which I really appreciated. An important note, the 3 guys who were in the room, very good at their job and prepared, and also cute and friendly... what can I say, I recommend it and I really liked it!
