Locale molto caratteristico di Cogoleto, dove in una prima stanza si ammirano le carni disponibili da poter farsi cucinare, poi ci si addentra nel vecchio locale di macellazione riadattato a sala da pranzo industriale, molto carino. Le carni assaggiate tutte buone, porzioni ottime. Tuttavia i prezzi sono un pochino esagerati, ormai mangiare fuori sta diventando molto caro più o meno ovunque.

Trovato inaspettatamente posto durante il ponte dei morti , quindi doppiamente contento per aver ben soluzionato il problema cena , senza aver prenotato. Formaggino beigua , lingua in salsa verde e cervella , come antipasto. Bollito misto ( top) e fiorentina di secondo . Buon vino . Locale tipico ligure semplice ma efficace . Soddisfatto e buon qualità prezzo . Bollito piatto della serata

My partner and I went to dinner, they welcomed us with welcome bread and cold cuts, we were extremely pleased, delicious coppa and salami, I ate a carpaccio of rocket and parmesan and he a fillet, both very tender, the meat was fresh and very good, the service equally positive, the boy who welcomed us recommended an excellent red wine to accompany the meat, (they have a very varied wine cellar) the welcoming environment. We had a very good time, we will be back.
