Best restaurant to eat grilled food in Gallipoli. The smell of the grill attracted us and the taste is just as exquisite. The atmosphere in the street with music is perfect. A must if you want to eat good meat. The Angus steak with tomatoes, arugula and parmesan is a must! Bravissimo!!!

Very centrally located near the cathedral Tá carne is a butcher/grill shop. Friendly, courteous and prepared staff. We took an aubergine parmigiana, well made and well seasoned and a sliced ​​Angus with rocket, cherry tomatoes and flakes of parmesan. The meat was cooked just right, served on a wooden tray. Washed down with a glass of excellent fresh red Negramaro. Perfect. Fair price. Tagliata €20 (450 gr), parmigiana €8, wine €5. Recommended.

It's not easy to find a place there. It's better to be patient, but it's worth it for meat and charcuterie lovers. The service is fast, sometimes a little too fast in the sense that you need a little thought to choose your dish. Obviously eating on a cobbled street is not always easy because the tables can be wobbly. I admit that I'm not a fan of eating on a busy street, but I managed to ignore it and had a pleasant time both times we went there for dinner. The ribs taste delicious thanks to the herb mixtures. My piece of beef was tender as can be. The dishes are rather generous. A digestive walk is essential when leaving this good address.

De la viande en veux-tu en voilà !!! A peine le temps de regarder la carte qu'un serveur vient pour prendre la commande. Le temps d'attente peut effectivement être un peu long en fonction de votre plat. Il faut le temps que ça grille. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les Tagliata angus ( ribs porc), leur assaisonnement avait vraiment du goût. Nous avions aussi opté pour une planche de charcuterie-fromage. Une bonne adresse pour ceux qui aiment la viande.

Ci siamo fermati per casp perché volevamo mangiare carne...servizio lento, 20 minuti per ricevere il conto e non siamo ancora ad agosto! Bombette buone, arrosticini sconsigliati troppo duri. Prezzi medi rispetto alla qualità che offrono. Non ci ritornerei. Evitate il centro storico per mangiare questo il mio consiglio.

04/01/2025: Last night, family dinner. Mr. Claudio welcomed us into his restaurant with great kindness in a serene, jovial atmosphere of a typical provincial trattoria. We ate a complete menu, from appetizer to dessert... typical Salento cuisine, all very good. Served at the right time. In addition to the excellent meat main courses, I was pleasantly impressed by the pittula and potato panzerotti... excellent! We will be back 😉
04/01/2025: Cena in famiglia, eravamo in 20! Abbiamo cenato scegliendo tutti un menù completo, dall'antipasto al dolce. Semza molti giri di parole, si è cenato veramente bene... pittule e panzerotti ottimi, ottima la pasta al forno come anche, era buonissimo, il secondo di carne. Accolti in un atmosfera serena e gioviale, simpaticissimo il titolare, il Sig. Claudio. Serviti nei tempi giusti. Ci siamo trovati proprio bene ! Ci torneremo.

Amadeus - Bella 'mbriana

11/02/2025: Un locale dove si mangia bene. Si può variare fra pesce, carne e pizza. Personalmente, ho sempre optato per il pesce. Cruditè di tonno come antipasto e l’impareggiabile hamburger di polpo, stracciatella di mozzarella e pomodorini secchi come secondo piatto. Due le note, a mio avviso, facilmente migliorabili: è limitante poter disporre solo chardonnay al calice, il resto dei vini disponibili li puoi ordinare solo con l’intera bottiglia ed è altrettanto limitante cucinare del buon pesce e perdere punti per offrire maionese industriale. Un orrore, quell’hamburger merita maionese fatta in casa. Non ho mai provato la pizza, ho visto però che molti l’hanno scelta: evidentemente sarà buona. Il costo è nella media. Il locale lo consiglio. Provatelo!
29/09/2024: Ho provato la mozzarella in carrozza (direi nella media) e l’ hamburger di polpo. Questo è stato davvero superlativo. La location è particolare, il personale gentile e premuroso. Mi ero ripromesso di tornarci anche la sera seguente ma impegni diversi mi hanno impedito di provare altre pietanze. I costi sono nella norma.
