The meat is of excellent quality and the preparations are delicious. During the Christmas holidays, I tried the turkey stuffed with chestnuts, the pocket with artichokes and the crusted fillet. Everything truly delicious! A guaranteed success.

Historic and very good butcher's shop in Monteverde Vecchio. Always a lot of choice on the meats to be cooked, but also on the ready meals, almost all of which have been tried and all very good. You also receive useful advice on some preparations: they suggested I try making a guinea fowl broth, which I had never considered and is excellent on par with the capon broth. Lately I've had half a lamb roasted in the classic oven and I have to say one of the best I've ever eaten, very tender and succulent. It's also worth dropping by from other neighborhoods.

Wonderful butcher shop. After moving to Rome, was struggling to find certain cuts of meat I wanted. They have everything and were extremely helpful in helping me choose the best cut for what I wanted to make. They speak English as well so do not worry if your Italian is not up to par.

18/03/2025: La location è abbastanza accogliente e persino comoda se pensiamo all'elevato numero di visitatori presenti la sera presso questo locale, le Pizze molto buone ed il servizio rapido e preciso. L'unica nota un po' stonata è il fatto che il massiccio afflusso di persone costringe (spintaneamente) i clienti ad abbandonare il tavolo appena terminato di mangiare per lasciare posto ai turni successivi. Chiaramente, vista la mia età, non è il locale perfetto, ma per i giovani, che la pizza è solo una tappa breve nelle loro lunghe notti, è un locale apprezzatissimo. Da ultimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, assolutamente positivo.
