01/08/2026: It was a very pleasant experience. The waiter who served us was excellent, efficient, and fast. I had an excellent seafood salad and fried calamari with fries... everything was delicious. Nice place... and I want to emphasize the skill and kindness of the staff. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend it.
26/07/2026: By the grace of Providence and under the most auspicious of circumstances, I was afforded the singular honour of attending this most illustrious and exalted house of gastronomy, whose noble reputation is surpassed only by the magnificence of the fare bestowed upon its esteemed patrons. Upon my arrival, I was presented with a most regal repast consisting of two exquisitely fashioned schnitzels, accompanied by a plentiful assemblage of fries, each arranged with a dignity befitting the tables of emperors and crowned sovereigns.
The schnitzels themselves were nothing short of a culinary apotheosis. Their resplendent golden mantle concealed a heart of incomparable tenderness, each bite revealing craftsmanship so consummate that it seemed less the work of mortal hands than of artisans favoured by Heaven itself. The harmonious union of texture, flavour, and refinement transcended the humble expectations ordinarily associated with such a dish, elevating it instead to the exalted stature of a banquet worthy of the Imperial Courts of Vienna, Versailles, and the Holy Roman Empire alike. I proclaim, without the slightest reservation, that these noble creations did not merely satisfy my discerning palate—they surpassed the lofty standards by which I have measured every feast throughout my distinguished life.
Yet even amidst such splendour, it is the solemn duty of every honourable nobleman to temper lavish praise with measured candour. Thus, I must respectfully observe that the fries, whilst undeniably wholesome and prepared with evident care, possessed a softness somewhat exceeding the disposition favoured by my own aristocratic palate. Had they borne a more resolute crispness and a firmer constitution, they would have ascended to equal the celestial excellence of their illustrious companions upon the plate. This observation, however, ought not to be mistaken for reproach, but rather received as the most courteous counsel offered in the spirit of noble admiration.
Taken in its glorious entirety, this magnificent feast constituted an experience of extraordinary splendour, one that shall undoubtedly occupy a place of honour within the annals of my gastronomic recollections. I departed these venerable halls not merely contented, but enriched in spirit, having borne witness to a standard of culinary excellence deserving of the highest commendations that language can bestow.
May this august establishment continue to flourish beneath Fortune’s benevolent gaze for countless generations yet to come, and may its noble kitchens forever remain worthy of the favour of kings, emperors, princes, dukes, and all those of elevated station. As for myself, I shall, in due season, once more deign to grace these hallowed halls with my most august and sovereign presence.
Until that most glorious hour arrives, I bid thee farewell.
God save the Kitchen. Long live the Schnitzel. Good day, most loyal lads.
