Excellent quality meat, exceptional local red wine! Absent sulphites, practically grape juice. Courteous staff. I recommend it!

Kindness and courtesy are not lacking. The carpaccio and bacon are spectacular, you won't find them this good in other places, the bacon is so thin it melts in your mouth. Livers are very good but are not always available. Steaks aren't always great, it depends on the day. Excellent value for money, without too many pretensions. The only unacceptable flaw is the cooking of the meat which, despite being reiterated several times to make it rare, is always served overcooked.

Excellent experience. The grill is equipped with a butcher's counter from which you can order meat, all of excellent quality. Large assortment of bowlers and availability to enjoy rustic but very tasty appetizers. Service a little spartan, with plastic plates and glasses, but compatible with the cover charge. There is plenty of space but it is advisable to book, especially on weekends

I've been exploring the region around Polignano a Mare for a few days and today I came across Braceria Da Maruccio by chance - and what a stroke of luck that was! Here you can choose your delicacies directly from the attached butcher shop, which are then freshly prepared on the grill. The guest room exudes a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere with its rustic and authentic charm. The service staff were prompt and cordial. My Florentine steak was of exceptional quality, grilled to perfection, and the bombette – to die for! For anyone who loves top-notch meat BBQ, Braceria Da Maruccio is an absolute must. Unreserved recommendation!

Personale attento (un cliente conoscente dei proprietari si voleva imbucare facendosi dare un numero più basso per la fila, ma il titolare non l 'ha permesso). Carne buona, molte varietà di bombette e ottima la salsiccia. Ottimi anche i formaggi e salumi. Climatizzazione assente e la grande sala era un vero forno: varrebbe la pena mettere dei climatizzatori. Prezzi assolutamente onesti. Da migliorare un po i tavoli e le sedie

Scoperto per caso, si trova vicino alla masseria dove abbiamo soggiornato, si sceglie la carne dal banco macelleria e te la cucinano subito, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, cortesi sia il macellaio che i ragazzi in sala. Ci siamo trovati tanto bene che ci siamo andati un paio di volte.
