Macelleria da Marcuccio In Polignano a mare

Last night, we dined at Braceria da Marcuccio for the first time, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The restaurant is rustic, and its management is truly unique and interesting: upon arrival, after being immediately enveloped by the aromas coming from the expertly managed open grill, you enter the butcher's room where you choose your favorite meat from a wide variety, followed by a comfortable and spacious dining room. All the staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the atmosphere is simple and welcoming. We sampled excellent steaks, several exquisite flavors of "bombette," "anello," and various skewers. The ingredients were top-quality, everything was truly delicious, and above all, cooked to perfection according to your preferences. The red wine was also very good. Parking was also ample and convenient. Overall, a great experience. Well done!

Good place to eat roast meat, products cooked to perfection, varied selection, fair prices. We will be back.

A historic butcher's shop in Polignano where you can enjoy good grilled and raw meat with tartare and carpaccio as well as bottini appetizers... the service from the staff is all kind and a thank you to the young Maria Chiara for the kindness in serving... recommended

The atmosphere and decor are truly drab and gray. On the other hand, the grilled meat is good, but not excellent.

A great experience, a first for us French! We first go to the butcher's to order our meat and then we sit down in a large, simple but very nice room. They offer delicious antipasti and be careful, there is no menu on the table. Excellent red wine. Great service. Nothing to say... I'll let you see the photos. Don't hesitate and book preferably!

We found this place by chance, even though it's easily visible from the highway. The food is very good; you can choose your meat directly from the butcher. Various cuts of meat and excellent preparations are available, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely worth a stop.

Quiet place good meat and friendly team
