we went on a yacht tour and ordered out 6-7 kg Florentine Streak (T-Bone), prosciutto di parma, local salami, wine and bread at Alessandro's Butchery. The meat has by far THE BEST quality I've had for years. He does not speak English, but with translation apps he was able to provide the meat exactly how we liked it.
