My parents are both Italian and used to own Italian restaurants in London - so they are very hard to please! They have a place in Sardinia and whilst we were here my Dad asked me to find the best butcher in Olbia, as he wanted to make fillet steak sandwiches for lunch. I went onto Google and found this place that was rated 4.9. This place did NOT disappoint! The shop is incredible! The quality and selection of meat is the best we have seen in Sardinia! We purchased half a fillet of steak … this was probably the best fillet steak we have ever had from a butcher! Incredible! Look no further - the meat was incredible … absolute melt in the mouth and the staff were so helpful and friendly! 5/5!!!
