Bel locale, accogliente e piacevole però a mio avviso non faceva caldissimo nel senso che probabilmente hanno acceso le stufe un po’ tardi. Il cibo è indubbiamente di buonissima qualità, come la presentazione delle portate. Personale disponibile, e professionale sempre attento..
Non ci sta il prezzo. Praticamente una tartare affumicata ,un filetto con contorno, 1 lt di vino sfuso, 1 bottiglia di acqua,dolce caffè e amaro 63€. Decisamente troppo caro, prezzo non giustificato.
Ripeto, qualità buona anche per quanto riguarda il dolce ma non tornerò.

Fantastic experience, we returned for the second time to stuff ourselves with delicious meat, we returned with the family, wonderful Florentine steaks, experience and excellence of the grill chef, possibility of choosing the meat from the display case and having it cut to your liking... First courses and wonderful seconds... Top!! Finally a real meat restaurant!!! We will come back to you soon....

Braceria la casta ad Alessandria, è un'ottima scelta per gli amanti della carne. Posto tranquillo nonostante l’adiacenza alla strada.
La qualità della carne è indiscutibile, così come la cura nella preparazione dei piatti. Il servizio è attento e cordiale, contribuendo a creare un'atmosfera accogliente. Tuttavia, l'unico neo è la scelta musicale in sottofondo, che risulta a volte poco in linea con l'ambiente, disturbando leggermente l'esperienza complessiva. Nonostante questo, resta un'ottima tappa per una cena a base di carne.
