If you come to Foggia, don't miss this place. It's basic, but the food is excellent, featuring grilled meat. The owners are friendly and helpful. I recommend the famous torcinelli.

Macelleria/Braceria da Paolo in Foggia is a traditional butcher's shop by day and transforms into a grill snack bar with simple seating in front of the shop in the evening. The selection of fresh meat is extensive, all grilled to perfection upon order and served with sides such as salad, bread, or crispy fries. Despite the simple decor, the food impresses with its quality, flavor, and very reasonable prices.

Massima convivialità. Ottima la carne. Buono il vino. Prezzi più che onesti. Il fine settimana c'è un po' da aspettare ma ne vale la pena. DA PROVARE E TORNARCI.

Authentic-tasting grill, simple and rustic but truly excellent. Quality meat, well-cooked and tasty, with generous portions. Informal and welcoming environment, perfect for those who love good food without too many frills. Courteous and fast service. The very nice owner!!! Definitely going back! 🥰

28/08/2025: Old Foggia is a magical place from the past, and reliving it here is always a pleasure, especially when there are places like Antico Teatro that let you experience the flavors of the real Foggia. Then, from the owners, Ignazio and Manuela, to the staff, they are impeccable, not to mention the great little Tommy who served me a delicious dish. At the end, when we were leaving, he made me stop and I dedicated a song to Ignazio: MY WAY, and yes, my way, exactly like that, one of the most beautiful streets in old Foggia. We'll be back soon, I promise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
