ambiance simple, familiale et sympathique. Deux chefs bouchers devant le BBQ prêts pour faire cuire divinement brochettes, bombettes et autres choix de viande, il y avait même du sanglier proposé. On s'est régalé avec des légumes grillés et des patates. un bon petit vin du pays. carte limitée en desserts mais on le savait.

Typical Apulian barbecue. I have a B&B right nearby. When customers ask me for a typical, good place I recommend Gino.

Trascorrendo le vacanze a Carovigno mi sono imbattuto in questa macelleria, location molto pulita, personale molto gentile abbiamo gustato un buon antipasto e una bella grigliata accompagnato da un rosso della casa molto buono, infine il caffè con pasticcini in pasta di mandorla e per chiudere un bell’amaro pugliese ci siamo trovati benissimo torneremo sicuramente Prezzo troppo onesto !
