Macelleria Bisteccheria Ulivieri In Ciampino

We visited Ulivieri and ate top-quality meat. The raw skewers and raw steak were simply exceptional: the ingredients were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. You can immediately sense the quality of the butcher shop behind the restaurant. We also tried other cuts, and all were tasty, well-selected, and showcased without unnecessary frills. Here, the meat is the true protagonist, as it should be. The atmosphere is simple and authentic, with friendly service and a "real" feel, a place where you come to eat well and with satisfaction. A highly recommended place for those who love properly prepared meat, especially those who appreciate high-quality raw ham.

It's the temple of prehistoric, carnivorous man, or what was there before, from appetizers to dessert, all meaty. The bitters from the Kiosk Factory are out of this world. Well done.

Truly a great discovery, we came for my son's birthday and we really had a great time, the food was top notch, from the raw to the cooked, everything was truly excellent quality, the place is a bit small but the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. I discovered this grill restaurant through a video, and it left a good impression. Since I was on vacation in the Castelli Romani, I decided to try it. The atmosphere is refined, and the staff are helpful and friendly, making you feel like part of the family. My mother and I tried the picanha prosciutto, a sublime specialty that melts in your mouth and tastes like butter, the grattaculi, a type of zucchini plant, and finally a delicious Danish-aged heifer steak (we asked for it medium rare), which was a spectacle. I was very satisfied with this place and recommend it to everyone. I will return; in fact, I HAVE to return, and I can't wait to do so.

I discovered Macelleria Ulivieri in June thanks to the recommendation of a very trusted person, and I fell in love with it from the first time (so much so that I even recorded a video for my YouTube channel because it absolutely deserved attention!). It started out as a butcher shop (they once operated in a local market), but in recent years it has also become a restaurant. Where? In Ciampino: in addition to buying excellent meats to take home, you can also eat there. It's family-run, in the truest sense of the word, and you immediately sense the quality, passion, and friendliness that Valerio and his father convey in every detail, even when they talk about the meat. They're people with a passion for work, true Romans! I loved the Picanha, but also the raw skewers, the sausage (raw and raw), the ciauscolo, the liver salami, the heifer steaks, the meats from the Langhe and Abruzzo... in short, you're truly spoiled for choice. And as if that weren't enough, even the desserts are homemade, a rare and unexpected thing for a butcher shop. Another plus: it's not a touristy place. Every time I go back, I always find locals, a sign that Ciampino is truly lucky to have such a place. If you love quality meat, you can't miss this place. Highly recommended!
