The best meat I have ever eaten!
Family-run place: very clean counter and friendly and welcoming staff... you immediately feel at home! The meat is of superlative quality, try the raw one. It's a 360-degree experience, from the appetizer to the dessert (try the bruschetta with raw sausage, the sliced meat that melts in your mouth and then they make a dessert with space meat!). In short, every dish has its own reason. Highly recommended!

Questa è una esperienza carnivora da applausi !
Bravi .. ma bravi davvero.. ho assaggiato di tutto .. tartare … coppa.. bistecca cruda ..cotta .. carpaccio.. senza dimenticare antipasti vari .. una meraviglia dietro l’altra.. il tutto accompagnato da dell’ottimo vino..
Anche il Titolare è un gran lavoratore.. ma sempre pronto a soddisfare le mie domande su questa straordinaria materia prima.. BRAVI 👏🏻

If you want to eat real meat, well choose Ulivieri! A rustic steakhouse with authentic flavors and TOP meat! As the two of us, we opted for a small appetizer of kebabs with a splendid flavor and two bruschettas with sausage.
Then a portion of filleted scottona... What can I say, a delicacy that can only be understood here. Followed by a very sweet cabbage!
Excellent welcome, thanks to the staff who were able to advise us!
We'll be back, but above all I recommend booking!

Good...everything delicious! The trio of raw products is worth a tasting, truly special! Tripe, side dishes, homemade tarts: tasty! The menu is constantly enriched with new things: among the side dishes, the Gricia style artichoke and the baked potato with stringy toma are spectacular. The artisanal production of cured meats (including lonzino, bresaola, capocollo, cotechino) must be highlighted, prepared with great care and attention to the use of meat and aromas. The staff and owners are really friendly and welcoming!

Sono stato qualche mese fa dopo aver visto le foto di un mio amico che era stato da pochi giorni. E’ stata veramente un’esperienza incredibile. La location e’ molto caratteristiche: si e’ praticamente immersi all’interno di una macelleria e la carne non devo nemmeno dirvi di che qualità sia. Non vedo l’ora di ritornarci!!
