We were immediately welcomed, settled in and assisted, despite having booked practically moments before entering. Enzo sensed a bit of indecision among us diners and was able to suggest the best solutions on cuts to taste, portions, side dishes and desserts. Everything we tasted was top notch. Good choice of wines, without overdoing it, beautiful ones focused on territoriality but not only. Few well-selected cuts of meat, exquisite appetizers, without great architecture, as it should be when the raw material is of quality. Seasonal side dishes and desserts on par with the dishes that preceded it. In the era where everyone tries to ride the wave of cooking fashion, finding an entire menu of homemade desserts warms your heart. Tiramisu, warm hearted cake with ice cream and pistachio crumble, all excellent. In defiance of the tradition that maintains that anyone who cooks doesn't know how to make coffee, espresso coffee was also worth it! We will be back there very soon.

Macellegria confirms itself as a solid choice in the city for eating good meat at the right price. Both the "starters" and the charcoal were tasty, with a particular mention for the picanha. Discreet choice of bottles, for all budgets. Attentive, courteous and punctual service. Unfortunately we booked late, and we had a place at the end of the gazebo outside the venue, where the awning let the wind pass through (very cold, the weather was terrible that Saturday) and there wasn't a heater nearby, so we had dinner with our coats on!

Last night I spent a pleasant evening in this meat restaurant, I appreciated Donatella's friendliness, the goodness of the meats and starters and I was very happy with the quality-price ratio, I will be happy to return soon also to sip an excellent Calabrian amaro.
