13/09/2025: I had a lovely meal at the piadineria; the quality of the piadinas was excellent and the ingredients were fresh. The curly-haired clerk who served me was truly kind, helpful, and excellent at handling every request with professionalism. However, it doesn't seem normal to leave just one clerk to manage the entire shop, especially on a Saturday, on a busy day like today with the Empoli Comics event. It would be better to have more staff to ensure smoother service and less stress for the staff.

06/05/2025: I had dinner at the piadineria with my boyfriend, and a very friendly and nice boy with curly hair served us, well-filled piadinas and very good chips, we will definitely be back
