Excellent spaghetteria, with tasty and well-prepared dishes. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It also offers, of course, Sardinian specialties, presented with care and passion.

We have been to the restaurant three times and each time we left satisfied. A large selection of wines, so everyone will certainly find something for themselves. The food is delicious. We ate octopus with apple, a perfectly composed combination of flavors. Pasta Scoglio is a large portion of seafood, perfectly prepared in a delicious sauce. The food and the atmosphere that the people there create is amazing. I recommend that you definitely visit this place when you are in Santa Teresa. It is worth making a reservation in advance.

Highly recommend booking in advance as restaurant is really busy - when we first tried visiting they were fully booked so had to book for the following night. The food however was delicious, particularly loved the gnoccheti! Staff were friendly and attentive. If you order the prawn or lobster pasta, be prepared to de-shell yourself (and ideally not if you’re wearing white clothing…) The lobster portion was slightly disappointing and not really enough meat for the pasta portion. With that being said though, it was delicious and all quite well priced!

On the 29/07/2025 we ate the apetisers tartari di salmone and polpo frito, both very good. Between the salmon with the ginger and mango, and the octopus with the apple and dressing, i can’t say wich one was best.
The scoglio is just perfect and very well served.
The spaguetti with aglio nero is a very simple dish but very flavorful and slightly spicy, wich gives an amazing touch.
The raviolis were slightly sweeted with sugar wich combines very nicely with the ricota filling.
Even the breaded chicken steak (from the children’s menu) was tender.
Sasha and the rest of the staff are very kind, patient and helpful.
I recommend making a reservation.
I genuinely hope to return there again.

I was under the impression that I had a reservation for this restaurant. So here I was, standing in front of it, with a reservation for another restaurant. The restaurant was fully booked, but we, two of us, were nevertheless assigned a nice table. The entire staff is friendly, competent, and helpful. The owner cheerfully makes his rounds, greeting his guests. Then the next unexpected surprise came to the waitress when I asked if they serve vegan food. They immediately considered it, and I was served incredibly good food. Among other things, they offer Sardinian specialties and a lot of seafood. We had a wonderful evening and, this time with the right reservation, would dine there again anytime. I highly recommend it.

Hands down, BEST pasta experience in Santa Teresa Gallura, Sardinia! The staff is friendly, highly recommend making a reservation. I love pasta and the first night we ate here we knew we had to come back for our last night in Sardinia. I ordered the Gamberi, crema di zucchine e ricotta mustia. Mmm mmm! Chef’s kiss! The prawns are huge and the sauce in the spaghetti is to die for! My new favorite dish in all of Italy. If you eat here, you will not forget it!

Eigenlijk hadden we nog geen trek, maar er was nog 1 tafeltje buiten in de zon dat voor ons bestemd leek. Wat hebben we heerlijk gegeten en toch beiden onze pasta bijna helemaal opgegeten. Heel behulpzaam personeel. Toen het zonnetje weg was, kreeg iedereen buiten een fleecedekentje aangeboden. Wij hadden niet gereserveerd maar dat lijkt wel verstandig. Goed eten, lekkere wijn en vlotte service. Dat biedt een fantastisch vakantiegevoel.

Un accueil chaleureux et sympathique avec le sourire. Sans réservation, ils nous ont tout de même trouver une place.
Des pâtes excellentes, bien cuite avec une garniture digne de la nonna!
