Never had Amatriciana Sauce before but we fell in love. Everything here was great and I guess we were very lucky to walk right in off the ferry and get an amazing lunch. Best pasta I've ever had in my life.

Siamo stati tre volte in questo ristorante situato nel centro di Santa Teresa. A differenza di altri locali improvvisati per turisti, questo ristorante si contraddistingue per la professionalità del personale, in primis il titolare Mauro, per la qualità dei piatti proposti, soprattutto primi piatti di pasta cucinata in vari modi, dal tradizionale all'innovativo, e per il giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo. E' necessaria la prenotazione, tenuto conto che i coperti non sono tanti e del grande e meritato afflusso di clienti. Ci vediamo il prossimo anno.

Among the many places in Santa Teresa this is certainly one of the best.
Excellent Sardinian products, an excellent choice of wines, the food is good and the quality/price ratio is very fair.
We still dream about cheeses 😍

Great restaurant where we spent a very nice evening.
In mid-October it was sufficient to make a reservation at lunchtime for the evening.
As a starter we had pulpo with potatoes and as main courses the spaghetti with seafood and with gorgonzola and walnuts, all of which were very tasty.
We initially wanted to order the sheep soup, but we were kindly advised against it because it was too much - thank you for the tip 🙂. We were more than full even without soup.
That says a lot about the employees and it continued throughout the entire evening - they were always very friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their faces.
We felt very comfortable and went home very satisfied.

During our stay in Santa Teresa di Gallura we stayed two evenings in this spaghetti shop in the town center. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the dishes varied and tasty, excellent value for money. Advised!

We went to the restaurant for dinner
Without a reservation - and we had to wait several days - nothing works, even in October
The service was super friendly
There is a nice selection of food
All the dishes were delicious and we were completely satisfied!!!
It was him in a beautiful evening

Conclusion: absolutely recommended - one of the few highlights in this city

The restaurant is ranked 8th out of 96 restaurants, it speaks for itself, the food is very good, but without a reservation there is little chance of getting there. We ate there twice and both times it was tasty. Dinner for 4 people is about 140 euros, water, wine (bottle), appetizers and I recommend pasta and bon appetit. It's worth making reservations 😁

Locale accogliente dove è consigliata la prenotazione. Personale molto gentile e sempre presente per ogni richiesta. L'antipasto col tonno al sesamo era molto buono e delicato. Gli spaghetti all'astice (da prendere in 2 persone) erano ottimi. Ottimo il Vermentino locale. Prezzi nella norma rispetto alla qualità. Tornerò sicuramente il prossimo anno. Bravi.
