I have to thank my dear friend Simone who, through a series of coincidences, brought us here for dinner. It's not just a seafood restaurant in Rome, but a true haven for those, like me, seeking freshness, quality, and impeccable hospitality. The raw fish is a symphony of flavors: every oyster, every shrimp, every carpaccio speaks of the sea with a rare delicacy and purity. The freshness of the fish is disarming, evident in every dish, and conveys the obsessive care the kitchen devotes to selecting raw materials.
But what makes this place truly special is the attention to service. Here, you truly feel welcomed, pampered, and listened to. Every detail is attended to with a gentle, yet never intrusive, professionalism that transforms a dinner into an experience to remember and talk about.
And since details can make all the difference, I can't help but highlight the quality of the homemade bread, fragrant and perfect for accompanying every bite. The oil releases an intense aroma reminiscent of the countryside, while the butter lends a full, authentic flavor. Small touches that complete and enhance an already excellent experience.
Anyone who loves fish, the real thing, will definitely come to this Molo.
