25/05/2025: I was at Voglia yesterday, in Piazza Cappuccini in Tricase, and I can say with certainty that it is a must-see for those who love well-made desserts. It is a place specialized in bomboloni, Krapfen and lobster tails filled with special and super delicious creams: Rocher cream, white cream, pistachio cream, hazelnut cream, chocolate cream, Kinder Bueno cream... and the list goes on! Every bite is a bomb of flavor.
The desserts are always very fresh, filled on the spot and with quality ingredients. An explosion of flavors that makes you want to try them all. Personally, I tried the lobster tail with Rocher cream: simply spectacular.
Plus, while I was there, I was lucky enough to hear celebrations in perfect Neapolitan style, a warm and cheerful atmosphere, which made the experience even more special. Even though we were in the heart of Salento, for a moment it seemed like we were in Naples, but without excess or confusion.
There are two small flaws, however:
1. You can only eat outside, so you have to keep an eye on the weather.
2. Parking is complicated: I found a place about 5 minutes away on foot, but I assure you it was worth it.
In conclusion: Voglia is a corner of irresistible sweetness in Tricase. If you are in the area, don't miss it. Once you try it, it becomes difficult not to come back. I tried the bombolone al Kinder Bueno at Che Voglia in Tricase: a real bomb of taste! Soft, creamy filling and sweet at the right point, with that delicious touch of Kinder Bueno that makes it irresistible. Highly recommended for a super enjoyable break!
