It was my second experience, because experience is what it's all about... The research into raw materials, the research into pairings, and the research into cooking methods thrilled me... the accessible, quality wine list makes this place magical, both in its setting and its passion.

Un paio di giorni in zona Lavarone, cercavamo qualcosa di speciale per la cena, e lo abbiamo trovato. La posizione è unica, una vista da lasciare senza respiro. Tutto molto curato, dal servizio all'ambiente e per finire ai piatti, che si inseriscono delicatamente nel contesto. Portate superlative, agli occhi ed al palato e si vede che c'è una ricerca del dettaglio. Cantina dei vini con la giusta ampiezza per questo tipo di locale, con preponderanza regionale, ottimo. Che dire, torneremo a pranzo, su vostro consiglio per provare anche i porcini fritti, ma non solo!!!)

Un nomale pranzo di famiglia che si è trasformato in una delizia del palato. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla cura e ricerca dei piatti proposti. Un paio t sicuramente da provare e dove ritornarci con un rapporto qualità prezzo davvero allineato! Ottimo il servizio!
