We were served dishes that were so valuable from an artistic point of view that it was truly a shame to have to eat them... "Then, fasting could do more than pain" 😅 P.S. They were exquisite.

Unfortunately it was cloudy so we couldn't have enjoyed the view but the food was excellent! This is how I imagine fine dining!

Luserna è un paesino molto caratteristico posto s 1400m di altitudine. Vale la pna di arrivare fino a quassù anche se la strada è molto tortuosa ed in alcuni punti davvero molto stretta, è richiesta una ottima dose di esperienza di guida. Il ristorante dispone di una bellissima veranda con vista sulla valle. Tanto il personale in sala che garantisce un servizio rapido e puntuale. ottimi i salumi. Conto leggermente superiore alle mie aspettative, circa 40€ per una portata + tagliere condiviso, due calici di vino, acqua e caffè.

Dopo qualche anno ritorno in questo posto sperduto nei boschi del Trentino. Come sempre esco entusiasta chiedendomi quanta passione serva per creare una cucina così legata al territorio ma moderna e ai livelli degli stellati che ho avuto la fortuna di provare. Non è facile essere così fuori dalle rotte turistiche ed avere il coraggio di proporre piatti così sinceri. Anche io sono bravo a cucinare ostriche, mazzancolle o ricci di mare. Provate con coregone e trota salmonata.... Per non parlare della guancia di cervo o dell"omaggio alle api" uno dei dolci più emozionanti che io abbia mai mangiato. Avanti così!

Today I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant and I can only praise the experience in every aspect. The cuisine is simply amazing, each dish is a true explosion of flavours, prepared with high quality ingredients and presented impeccably. You can sense the chef's passion in every course. The service was equally excellent, with extremely friendly staff attentive to every detail, without ever being intrusive. The courtesy and professionalism demonstrated make lunch even more pleasant. The restaurant is located in a truly enchanting location, an environment that combines elegance and comfort, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your meal in peace. In summary, an experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to eat, drink well and feel welcomed in a unique atmosphere. I will definitely come back!

Top. Nice environment, interesting innovative dishes but with local, traditional ingredients. Attention to detail. Relaxing atmosphere and wonderful view. It's worth a trip here alone. Highly recommended
