Let's give ...FRANCESCO ...what he deserves. Excellent Chef, (he deserves a star) the plating could be perfected, but for 100 people there is a risk of extending the time. Excellent entrepreneur and supervisor, omnipresent. The place is well structured, functional, and above all clean. The bathrooms were shiny. The structure is well supported with highly qualified, polite and professional staff. Mestre Salvatore deserves particular praise both for the professionalism and for the presence and coordination of his excellent collaborators. The hostesses of a unique friendliness and helpfulness. The evening scenographic effect is truly evocative together with the fireworks, very choreographic and not at all vulgar. Truly remarkable value for money.
