Suggerito da un amico , esperto gourmet, ci siamo recati presso questo ristorante di Caltanissetta curiosi di verificare col nostro palato e i nostri occhi quanto ci era stato descritto in qualità gastronomiche e genuinità di materie prime.
Il locale un po' defilato in una via secondaria ma non di difficile localizzazione è di una sobria eleganza con cucina a vista. I tavoli non sono molti e ben disposti e il servizio in sala è impeccabile con una costante assistenza e illustrazione delle portate. Ottimi i piatti scelti e in particolare il primo con ragù di ventresca di tonno e il secondo con una cernia squisita.
Prezzi nella media e adeguati alla qualità del ristorante. La chef, sono certo , farà strada.

A very beautiful, tastefully decorated restaurant in Caltanissetta with a view of the kitchen. Michelin-starred cuisine, to our taste!
We could taste the sea with our eyes closed.
As a Sicilian, I particularly enjoyed the use of regional products and herbs.
The entire team was exceptionally attentive and professional.

Ristorante trovato facendo una rapida ricerca su internet, scelta azzeccatissima.
Location di classe, servizio di livello ma non distaccato, bravi i camerieri. Ho avuto il piacere di chiaccherare con la chef nonché proprietaria del locale, persona affabile e dedita al proprio lavoro con grandissima passione. Bel menù con tanta stagionalità, ho assaggiato il famoso arancino al nero con ragù di triglia, una tartare con Mayo di midollo e due primi uno con aglio olio e ricci e l altro con una tartare di pesce fresco tutto eccezionale niente da dire cucina di altissimo livello piu due dolci buoni ma non dello stesso livello. Mi auguro di trovarmi altre volte in zona per venirvi a trovare. Stra consigliato.

Not a simple dinner, but a real experience. The courtesy and attention of the staff is the first thing that catches your eye, right from the welcome. The passion and care of the chef and her staff are reflected in every dish. The dishes are beautiful, elegant and very tasty. Super positive note for the strings with grouper tartare and bottarga (of their own production). Each dish is explained in detail by the dining room staff, including the tasting of bread products produced by them. We were more than satisfied

The research behind it is evident in every course.
The service is impeccable, very attentive and prepared and wants to put the customer at the center but at ease straight away, almost making them feel at home.
