Our visit was a wonderful experience. In addition to excellent food and impressive interior design, the staff are also exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was a great evening, thank you very much!

A welcoming, meticulously maintained restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. Dishes are beautifully presented and truly delicious: excellent appetizers made with top-quality ingredients, delicious first courses, and interesting vegan and vegetarian options. A good selection of wines, friendly and attentive service. Even the restrooms are clean and tidy, a sign of great overall care. Highly recommended: a true journey into the past; it's hard to find a place so passionate about food.

Excellent ingredients, traditional yet revisited cuisine. The Montepulciano gelato with crumble is a spectacular way to end the experience. Kudos to chef Paola and front man Claudio for their explanations.

Cucina attenta e molto curata. Gli accostamenti sono originali e gustosi. I prezzi sono adeguati alla ricerca delle ottime materie prime. Un applauso particolare alla chef Paola per l'attenzione nella preparazione del baccalà che è veramente ottimo

01/09/2025: From the sea to the mountains On the last Sunday of August, tired of the sea heat, we decided to head to the mountains for a cool breeze and pair it with an excellent mushroom lunch. Chalet number 7 was exactly what we were looking for. The mushroom appetizers were delicious, but the porcini carpaccio deserved a special mention. Burrata ravioli with porcini mushrooms and lemon slivers, a truly excellent dish, where the sweetness of the burrata contrasts with the bitterness of the lemon, creating a whirlwind of flavors. The fried Ascolana pasta, paired with a delicious fried porcini mushroom cap, and to finish, the grilled lamb, mutton, and porcini mushrooms, all simply delicious. The staff were very friendly and willing to recommend the right portions of each dish. Excellent, it was worth traveling a few kilometers to discover this splendid "Chalet number 7."

07/06/2025: An exquisite dinner with ski friends in a nice place with attentive and kind staff, traditional quality food well made at a good price, we returned after a year with the ski group to always spend a nice pleasant evening....
11/05/2025: Day to do again! Gastronomic experience where the tradition and culture of the place meets the warmth of a family-run environment...taste buds more than satisfied. If it is true that a good morning starts in the morning, this is one of those cases... right from the appetizers, in fact, we have traveled the first stretch of a real sensorial journey that ranges between the gastronomic excellences of the area, passing through the Chitarrina alla Teramana, ravioli and fresh meat from our pastures. The service also proved to be an excellent note of this day, waiters always ready to satisfy your every need with great professionalism and empathy. I will definitely be back very soon ❤️
