I consider the food quality to be high: I had supplì, pizza, and dessert. I find the fragrant pizza, as they prepare it, to be delicious and easy to digest. The prices are fair. Kudos to the waiters, who, despite the understandable customer traffic, provide excellent service. I'm happy to go there whenever possible.

Good pizza, I didn't like the supplì, but the service was quick and very friendly. The inside dining room was a bit noisy, and as is often the case in other places, on busy evenings, it was hard to talk. Overall, a positive experience.

10/10. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere on the terrace. Delicious food and very good prices. They also offer lunch menus at 10 Eur. Mainly visited by locals. Totally recommend!

So the pizza is top, even the meatballs, just arrive after 11pm or 7pm otherwise you'll have to wait a bit.

I was craving a good Roman-style Margherita pizza, and I found it! Well done! I ate inside, hoping for a little cooler air; perhaps the air conditioning needs to be adjusted better.

28/08/2025: Our favorite fraschetta...superb mixed appetizers with typical products (the beans are special), generous and well-cooked first courses. The fresh berries for dessert are also excellent. The waiter is friendly and always available. The only flaw is the omelette is a bit salty and they don't have decaf coffee.
23/08/2025: We visited Il Brigante Gasperone in Ariccia, and I want to especially thank Andrea for his availability and kindness. He welcomed us with a smile, making us feel at home right away, and guided us through the selection of typical dishes with great professionalism and passion. The food was excellent, plentiful, and authentic, as per the Castelli Romani tradition, but Andrea's service made the experience even more enjoyable. Attentive, fast, and friendly, always ready with a joke or advice, he helped turn the dinner into a special evening. Highly recommended: we'll definitely be back!
