How could you not stop here every time you pass through Orte? A must-visit for those who love authentic flavors. The buffalo mozzarella from Campania is truly excellent: fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of creaminess. The prosciutto is superior quality, freshly sliced, and has a delicate yet bold flavor. The tomatoes don't disappoint either: ripe, sweet, and fragrant, the perfect accompaniment. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and ready to offer advice with a smile. The real star? The saltimbocca, their sandwich: a delicious crispy on the outside, with prosciutto and melted mozzarella on the inside. A simple yet irresistible explosion of flavor.

Neapolitan excellence, from the store in the Terni direction, 400 meters from the A1 toll booth, another restaurant where you can enjoy saltimbocca with prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella! In addition to mozzarella and buffalo products... desserts and much more. Prices are in line with the quality. With indoor tables and an outdoor terrace. Worth a stop outside the Orte A1 toll booth. Highly recommended.

I had a buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto platter. Everything was excellent.

We stopped for a night at the entrance to the Orte highway, and found Lufra'... A small deli offering food. The very kind lady served us and recommended Santibocca Napoletano, plus a dish with raw buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes... excellent!!! We were pleasantly pleased, and to top it all off, we bought mozzarella and other cheeses.
