We discovered "Luci e Ombre" by chance and it was a delightful surprise. The menu is original and captivating, making you want to try everything. In reality, the dishes exceed expectations and are truly captivating with their flavors. We appreciated the service and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the offerings.

I was intrigued by the idea of ​​"smaller" portions, allowing me to try more dishes... so I ordered the tasting menu, which normally requires a minimum number of people to be served. The waiter, in addition to being knowledgeable about the wine list, was also willing to accommodate my request. Everything was truly delicious! Recommended!

Excellent, cute little place, but the food and wine were absolutely excellent! The service was wonderful; they were really kind and attentive to those with allergies/intolerances, and the food was truly plentiful and very sophisticated. We'll definitely be back.

Trattoria San Bastian

04/01/2026: The restaurant is located on a hill with a stunning view of the valley. Excellent food. The fillet and tagliata are my favorites, but the other dishes are also top-notch. Sonia, the owner, is very kind and helpful. I recommend trying it.
28/12/2025: A historic trattoria discovered by instinct on a weekday evening...up on the hill, with a splendid Christmassy view and a bustling crowd! Excellent food, almost too generous, and friendly and welcoming staff. Their specialty is grilled meat! The dining room is beautifully set with traditional red and white napkins, and a Thun nativity scene welcomes guests as they enter the bar. The panoramic terrace is definitely worth a visit in the summer.
