21/03/2025: Special evening. Piedmontese raclette is unforgettable, a sort of ritual. A red-hot steel disc arrives where you cook meats and cheeses on top and bottom, eating everything always hot and without haste. Wide choice of fondue and Raclette, excellent raw materials, a real dive into Piedmontese cuisine, all in a warm and charming setting. Wide choice of wines. And in the end the bill is more than acceptable. It has many seats but clearly call a day in advance if you don't want to wait. However they do a sort of "double shift"

27/02/2025: Upon entering you are assaulted by the heavy air of the place, between the melted cheese and the overheated oil of the bourghignionne. Quick to serve, but you have to prepare the raclette yourself so it doesn't take long. The only thing they have to do is serve boiled potatoes but ours were cold and didn't look like they had been cooked that day. Sufficient value for money but nothing more.
