We bought a Colomba for the first time at the Bargagli bakery to take to friends for lunch on Easter Sunday. We were delighted; it was delicious, very soft, and nicely filled. Ours was chocolate. Excellent value for money. The sales assistant was very kind and helpful, as always (I buy bread when we go out on our motorcycles), so I think she recognizes me. Congratulations to everyone, especially the pastry chef.
