Non è che c'è tanto da dire: 1) carne di ottima qualità cucinata come si deve; 2) porzioni abbondanti; 3) clima accogliente; 4) servizio puntuale e gentile; 5) prezzi nella norma. Uno dei pochi ristoranti piombinesi dove ancora entri affamato ed esci felice. Consigliato!

I recommend Ubaldino, and why do I recommend it?...well I was immediately struck by their sincerity in offering this service, they love their work. I think that receiving courtesy and friendliness from them is rewarding...excellent dishes...I have dined several times at UBALDINO and I will tell you, I will return with pleasure

Panigacci

03/08/2025: Excellent food in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. During our stay on Elba, we chose Panigacci almost every night. Their specialty is panigacci, both boiled and cooked. These are not local to the island, but rather from Lunigiana, but have a special flavor on Elba. The octopus, fried fish, and grilled meats are excellent. The bill is the final highlight of a pleasant evening.
02/08/2025: A wonderful experience. Watching the chef bake the panigacci in the large oven in the garden, and then tasting them while they're still hot... We also recommend the squid ink risotto and the purple potato gnocchi with scampi and pistachios. Friendly staff and a relaxing location.
