Lu Somaru In Terni

We'd already been here in the evening and had pizza. Today we tried the food, and everything was truly excellent, from the supplì cacio e pepe to the ciriole alla ternana. The spaghetti alla chitarra with cacio e pepe and crispy bacon were superb. Highly recommended.

My husband's birthday dinner last night with a menu recommended by Francesco. We were absolutely thrilled! Everyone was excellent! The wait staff was incredibly kind. Keep up the good work.

I ate at this restaurant Saturday night with eight people and returned Sunday afternoon with two friends and my wife. We loved everything we tried so much that we came back on Sunday with two friends from Rome. They have many gluten-free and vegetarian options, which my wife was very happy about. The menu is extensive, especially the desserts, with many gluten-free options! They serve traditional Umbrian dishes, the portions are very generous, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The customer service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The prices are truly very reasonable, and the food quality is high. This place was a real surprise, as I'm from Terni but have lived abroad for many years and had never eaten here before. Congratulations!

Very spacious, average service times. This is a historic Terni restaurant, but we had pizza with an "antipasto" (antipasto). The preparation and cooking were good, but the ingredients were "commercial" (good, but not excellent). I plan to return to try the typical dishes.

An excellent experience at Lu Somaru in Terni. Authentic cuisine, generous dishes, and traditional Umbrian flavors, all in a welcoming atmosphere that's also suitable for groups. The Lions of the San Marco Fencing Academy in Vittorio Veneto dined here the night before the competition, finding a convivial atmosphere and the perfect meal to recharge their batteries. Friendly service and good value. Recommended.

In the "desert" of Terni on a Sunday, an oasis of "salvation." Despite the crowds, we waited just long enough and ate well. Excellent value. It's a shame it's not exactly a walk in the park from Rome, but we'll be back 🤩🤩.
