Lu Somaru In Terni

A rustic trattoria typical of the area that offers a bit of everything, so as to satisfy any need! Appetizers, traditional first and second courses, pizzas, vegetarian dishes and so on and so forth! Well, I wonder if keeping such a wide choice on the menu doesn't penalize the quality of the entire offer a little... surely the times of release are affected... we experienced it first hand... at a table for 7 people with the place not even very full, we waited almost an hour for the appetizers which, with all due respect, were all raw (tartare and mixed bruschetta) and another half an hour for the main course which was a mix of first courses, second courses and pizzas. The dishes were good, although not exceptional. It must be said that it is really difficult to eat badly in Umbria... The quality/price ratio is good and the staff is kind and helpful. For a typical dinner in company it is fine.

Margherita pizza a little too tough, and knives not very incisive,..uncomfortable bathroom service, after steep stairs.. Bathroom door not up to safety standards, with a defect in the interlocking and no reopening.

An experience to remember! I went to Lu Somaru in Terni and I was thrilled. The pizza is something spectacular: crispy to perfection, soft inside, with a really well-worked dough. Every bite is a joy! The arrosticini are of excellent quality, tender and tasty, while the supplì di vini and the courgette flowers alla madriciana are an explosion of taste, original and absolutely worth trying. A real surprise! The desserts also deserve a mention: delicious, well presented and perfect for ending the meal with a smile. And then... what can I say about the owners? Welcoming, friendly and genuine. They make you feel at home, with that human touch that really makes the difference. In a few words: excellent cuisine, warm atmosphere, wonderful people. I will definitely be back and I recommend everyone to stop by!

I took some pizzas to take away. The pizzas are good, fragrant and tasty, easily digestible. The only problem is the staff, very stupid and slow I asked for the menu to see the pizzas, they brought it to me after 10 minutes The staff needs to be reviewed Luckily there weren't many people The food is good anyway MAYBE I'll definitely come back to get something
