I love this place as an alternative to the pizza, pasta, pasta, pizza, pasta rut it is easy to slip into in Firenze. If they only made a decent margarita they would truly be perfect.

The food here is SO good and all of the workers are super nice! This was right down the street from my apartment while studying abroad and I ate here nearly daily!!

Honestly- super good comfort food. Ive been looking for good mexican food while abroad, and this wsd the best place. The 7$ frozen margaritas were also supperrrr good!! Love this place

La Cantina e Il Ghiottino

23/03/2025: This was the only place around this vicinity that offered us drinks and a small table outside in the seating area. The owner was very kind and used google translate to speak to us. He offered us great wine and a cheese board. We had a lovely experience with great prices and good wine!
17/12/2024: Small little pop in with lovely waiter and good food. Close to the duomo and all nice
