I don't know if it was the busy day we went, but the service was super slow, the pizza was low quality (especially the toppings) but on the contrary, the girls were very kind, smiling and made us feel at home.

I was a regular customer several years ago and I remember the beauty and uniqueness of that place. After Covid, unfortunately, but I don't blame it, he wasn't able to recover well, a month ago I went back after 5 years and the place was the same, not that unique as usual, both outside and inside, a dive into my childhood. The pizza could have been better, but all in all good, the service too, maybe an extra waiter wouldn't hurt, and a flaw could be the slowness of the pizzas in arriving, I didn't like the Ascoli olives at all, little olive flavor and too hard, but the tiramisu was delicious. All in all it was nice to go back and I decided to give the place three stars, but I hope to be able to give it more in the future. My vote is also influenced by the location: in the center of the square, few people, which for a restaurant is relaxing, parking nearby, recognizable and welcoming structure, especially the staff.

13/02/2025: Nuestra primera mañana aquí el conserje de nuestro hotel en Via Cavour sugirió Valorani para nuestro café de la mañana. Pedimos un croissant de pistacho (cortado por la mitad), cappucinos para los dos y un café con leche para mí ya que necesito mucha cafeína por la mañana. El croissant pistacho era divino - ligero, sabroso y la mitad - tamaño era simplemente perfecto. No podíamos creer lo barato que era en comparación con otros lugares del barrio. Y aún mejor, los capuchinos y lattes fueron los mejores que tuvimos durante nuestra semana en Roma. Un día nos dieron un bocadillo para llevar y estaba tan delicioso como los cruasanes y el café. Terminamos desayunando en Valorani cada mañana durante una semana y nunca nos cansamos del café, los cruasanes (el chocolate también es genial) o la gente maravillosa que trabaja allí. La mayoría de los clientes eran italianos, siempre un positivo. Gracias a todos en Valorani por hacer nuestras mañanas en Roma absolutamente perfecto.

26/07/2025: Ordered three round takeout pizzas by phone at 7:30 PM, and they were ready after about 15 minutes. One capricciosa had to be remade because the first one was burnt. The pizzas were excellent, with the Roman-style dough just the right thickness, and the same goes for the cooking, with the toppings flavorful. The fried foods were equally good, especially the arancini with ragù and other delicacies.
08/06/2025: Quality and courtesy, excellent pizzas, highly recommended
