L’Ombra Giusta In Venezia

Sono andata in questo ristorante con la mia famiglia per una cena in compagnia, il cibo di per sè è buono, la carne cotta al punto giusto, porzioni molto abbondanti, peccato per la maleducazione di due camerieri, credo pure fossero i titolari. Ho specificato che mi sarei recata con due bimbe piccole, una di 2 anni e una di 6 mesi, finita la cena mi reco nel bagno del locale per vedere se c’era un fasciatoio o un appoggio per poter cambiare le bambine. I servizi igienici sono privi di riscaldamento (se uscivo all’esterno del locale, c’era la stessa temperatura) e nemmeno un appoggio adatto al cambio. Salgo e chiedo dove potevo mettermi, mi viene detto di cambiarle tra i lavandini (impossibile perché il posto era piccolissimo, stretto, pericoloso e bagnato). Dico alla cameriera che oltre ad esserci troppo freddo per due bambine, non c’era neanche il posto, lei mi risponde che non aveva altre soluzioni, allora dico che mi sarei messa su due sedie di un tavolo vuoto, dietro al bancone del bar dove nessun cliente avrebbe visto le bambine nude, mi dice che non era possibile perché i clienti stavano cenando e non era un bel vedere, a quel punto faccio finta di non sentire e cambio le bimbe sulle sedie. In conclusione, trovo il locale buono per il cibo ma non adatto assolutamente a famiglie con bambini, anzi non sono proprio ben accetti. Educazione e cortesia non esiste! Posso solo parlare bene della cameriera bionda, l’unica persona a modo del locale, brava nel suo lavoro e sempre con un sorriso.

We had dinner with 5 friends, choosing the full meat menu. The dishes were good and plentiful, but I must say that the expectations I had, after seeing some videos on social media, were slightly disappointed

Family lunch for Boxing Day! Very pleasant location, exquisite dishes, with attention to quality and presentation, well-balanced portions (one of the few times where, despite having almost nothing left over, we didn't leave the table with the unpleasant sensation of being on the verge of exploding!). A round of applause to all the staff for the excellent cuisine and impeccable service!

We chose Apericena for a total of 19 people at a fixed price of €25 each. then raised to €28 on everyone's shoulders for those few who choose sweet, sorbet and bitter. Aside from considerations about the groups, the platter was well assorted with 3 types of cold cuts (raw, mortadella, porchetta), potato crochet and fried bread, all with 3 drinks included. Very modern and welcoming place, staff always available and quick in service. Excellent for both groups and families.

Delicious and indulgent food. The only flaw: a lot of drafts come in through the windows and therefore people sitting nearby always find their feet cold throughout dinner. I would give 5 stars only if there were more smiles and fewer gloomy faces on the part of the staff all the time (I'm referring to the brunette waitress)

Una bella sorpresa segnalata da nostro figlio grazie ad un tiktoker (credo) che fa recensioni sui locali di Mestre. La battuta di carne era squisita e l'hamburger mortazza idem ?considerato anche che siamo arrivati alle 22). Se il pane dell'hanburger fosse stato caldo avrei messo 5 stelle ma, va bene così:-)

Two of us stopped by for lunch after an appointment nearby. I had seen the place advertised some time ago on Facebook, but I would say it was disappointing. Given that we also thought about seeing the normal menu.. but there was nothing that inspired us at the moment, we decided to choose the menu of the day.. however even for the dishes of the day at 1.30pm almost everything was sold out. We therefore took the minimum to put something in the stomach... the portions, especially the second side dish, were small, the flavor was nothing exceptional. However, what leaves most to be desired and perhaps has the greatest impact is the total lack of kindness and empathy of the waitress who also took care of the accounts. The other, however, seemed to have a kinder soul but overwhelmed by work as if she couldn't say a word.

Just good food. Nothing awesome for me.
