Lombo Cucinieri & Co. In Barasso

Today we had lunch at Lombo and it was a wonderful rediscovery. The dishes were carefully prepared, original, and delicious. Paola, the incredibly friendly and impeccable waitress, made us feel at home. We'll definitely be back.

We had dinner here, and the food was excellent! My husband had the Bumbo hamburger and I had the smoked chicken dish. They were both incredible. The hamburger is quite large and definitely something you can split. The smoked chicken was served on a cast iron plate with great Smokey flavor. Highly recommend. Service was very good. Staff was very friendly and kind to us.

Perfect atmosphere and extraordinary service!! If it were possible to give 10 stars, we would have! We felt like VIP guests thanks to the warm welcome and attention we received – we eat at many restaurants, but the service here is among the best we've ever experienced in Italy, very kind even to tourists ❤️ Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!

Excellent experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat top-quality meat. The dishes, overall, are creative and unique, with unexpected yet highly successful combinations of ingredients! The chef is truly talented, and his attention to detail is evident. The staff was friendly and helpful, but a special thanks goes to Paola, who for us is the best! She truly pampered us throughout the evening with her professionalism. A place worth visiting for the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail. I recommend it to meat lovers.

I chose this place to celebrate my 30th birthday. Wonderful location, combining grill house style with elegant style. Exceptional staff: Mrs. Paola is always available to serve guests and ready to satisfy any request. In the kitchen (a stunning sight you'll find as soon as you enter the restaurant) is Chef Aldo, about whom I can only say that every bite of his dishes is a melt-in-the-mouth culinary experience with a perfect balance of flavors. Overall, absolutely recommended and highly appreciated. For those who love romantic evenings and/or carefree evenings with friends, with good food as the highlight. As for the prices per person, I can't give you specific information as the chef created a special menu tailored just for me.

The atmosphere is very nice; I'd dare describe it as "industrial chic." The kitchen is completely open; you walk in and are greeted by the chef himself. The staff, in our case a very kind lady, served us perfectly. The dishes, from appetizer to dessert, were wonderful and creative. This is now our third time here, and we always plan to return whenever we're in Varese.

I have to say it was a lovely discovery. I've rarely, if ever, had sandwiches this well-presented and of excellent quality, only here. Very good, excellent prices. Next time I'd like to find a real dessert, not the leftover pastries from the Colombo pastry shop. In any case, I'll be back for a third time. Congratulations!

Delightful staff, excellent food, modern and quiet venue. We requested some modifications to the dishes, as we were vegan, and they graciously accommodated our requests. Everything was truly excellent, from the service to the cuisine. Highly recommended, we'll be back!

Excellent restaurant next to the renowned Colombo pastry shop. Very modern and quiet location. We enjoyed our meal on the outdoor veranda. The dishes were excellent, perhaps a little over-seasoned, but not unpleasant.
