At Marcello's Ristorante Pensione l'Oliveto, you can find excellent traditional cuisine. Friendly staff and a large, welcoming fireplace always lit for grilled meats. Don't miss the hand-sliced ​​prosciutto. Fried artichokes and lamb offal as an appetizer. The pasta with white truffle is excellent, as are the fettuccine with ragù and homemade farro lesagne with arrabbiata sauce. Olive oil from their own mill, all genuine ingredients. A must-try.

Mithos Taverna dell'Allegria

04/10/2025: Very nice restaurant and pizzeria, open on Monday evenings and always full. The pizza is very good, thin and typical Roman, and I recommend the tiramisu as well as the dessert. There are always items to choose from on the internal blackboard (specials of the day) and the staff is fast and kind. I've been there several times and we've always had a good time.
