Excellent typical cuisine and more, a varied menu to satisfy all tastes.
I really appreciated the chef's commitment to preparing delicious vegan options, not banal, such as the revisited brandacujun totally vegan.
(We warned them a little in advance)
Finally a restaurant outside the city that offers vegan dishes and does not exclude anyone!
A small parenthesis also for the pizzas: excellent dough and refined topping combination!
We were impressed by the open view of the sea and the outdoor space. We will definitely return in winter to enjoy the warm atmosphere inside the old oil mill!

Location suggestiva con sale interne e panoramiche terrazze con verande che permettono di cenare con la vista del mare dall’alto.
I gestori sono cordiali ed accoglienti, ma il punto di forza è sicuramente la cucina con un occhio di riguardo per la tradizione ligure. La carta dei vini è ampia e variegata e il proprietario sa sempre consigliare il giusto abbinamento.
Corretto il rapporto qualità/ prezzo.

Oliva Pazza: Authentic Flavors and Enchanting Atmosphere
My recent visit to Oliva Pazza was a decidedly positive experience. The punctual and courteous service was the setting for excellent and refined cuisine. Absolutely worth trying are the brandacujun and the swordfish carpaccio, true highlights of the menu. The picturesque and suggestive location combined with an excellent quality-price ratio make this restaurant an option not to be missed and, certainly, to be repeated.

Good quality restaurant, excellent selection of wines, well-prepared and excellent dishes, the only complaint perhaps linked to the fact that we went for the Easter lunch which took quite a long time, certainly to be revisited on a different occasion and with an à la carte menu

We have been regular guests for 4 years and do not understand any negative reviews in any way! Food top quality, (best regional cuisine) pasta al dente as usual in Italy, staff above average courteous and friendly, in short a place where you can feel good!
