L'officina dei sapori In Roma

A friend of mine and I went here for dinner. I had already been there for a birthday and both times I had a great time. The staff is welcoming, friendly and precise. The ingredients are top quality. I recommend it.

Small reality between the Mirti stop and Parco di centocelle. Discovered by pure chance, I've already been back 4 times in the last month. Excellent quality on both fish and meat. Professional service. Choice of wines, rightly so, not impressive but well studied. Highly recommended!!!

Simply fantastic. In a somewhat hidden street there is an authentic jewel. The seafood crudités are excellent. Don't miss the cheesecake.

We have been to this restaurant several times already because we always had a great time. Over time we had the opportunity to try the whole menu to be pleasantly surprised. The Officina dei Sapori has a wide range of seafood and land dishes with starters (raw and cooked), first and second courses of great quality. Each dish is slightly revisited to offer a unique and extremely pleasant experience. Among the many dishes tried, I would like to recommend: the roasted octopus on a bed of humus, Calabrian esplanade and carasau bread, the Danish fillet tartare with stracciata and confit datterino tomatoes, the pappardelle with wild boar ragout and cocoa beans, the spaghettone with restricted of shellfish, raw prawns and pistachios, ravioli filled with Roman saltimbocca with butter, sage and powdered raw ham…. and I can't forget the desserts like the white chocolate sphere with orange semifreddo and the creamy pecorino cheese with pears and almond brittle. The place is very welcoming and the staff are helpful, attentive and prepared.

As I promised myself, we went back again and again several times and compared to the review below they have clearly improved. At this point I have to think without contradiction that the other time it was just an unfortunate case. Excellent food, quality raw materials. Nothing more to complain about. I'm so sorry but "something" didn't go right. Maybe we'll try again given the other positive reviews...or maybe not. However, very friendly staff who want to do something.

I've been looking for a place like this for a long time, highly recommended!! From the kindness of the waitress and the owners to the delicious dishes, all of them... top fish, I'll try the meat...

Nice place, a little out of the way. Excellent welcome and friendly wait staff. Let's start off on the right foot: bottled mineral water, not those horrible mugs of microfiltered water. Well done. Good starters. Excellent first courses. Non-classic details but well elaborated by the chef. Excellent desserts. All dishes are well presented and with well-connected flavours.

Un viaggio nei sapori iniziato benissimo con piatti davvero fatti con il cuore. Abbiamo potuto assaporare sia le soluzioni del menu di pesce che quelle del menu di carne che sono state entrambe eccezionali. Tutto davvero curato ed impeccabile, una serata bellissima accompagnata da un ottimo rosè.

Piatti eccellenti...peccato un pochino troppo lenti tra le varie portate. Disponibili nel migliorare...ci torneremo!
