Large place, with the possibility of seating outside, excellent food and plentiful dishes, helpful and welcoming staff, I recommend it especially in summer for those who want to escape the heat of the cities and breathe clean, fresh air, I recommend always bringing a long-sleeved t-shirt for the evening...😉😉😉

I've been going there for years, Colfiorito is my grandfather's town and I gladly go back as soon as I can and the only restaurant I trust is this one. It's the place of the heart, genuine cuisine and the Sagrantino gnocchi are the best

Da diversi anni frequentiamo questo locale, molto semplice. Si mangia un’ottima pizza, una delle mie preferite tra quelle di Foligno e dintorni. Buone anche le patatine fritte (non sono quelle surgelate). Ne vale il viaggio (in fondo siamo a 10 minuti da Foligno) e con l’occasione si possono fare belle passeggiate intorno alla palude e si può visitare il museo archeologico.

La nuova tartuga

21/07/2024: The organization and quality of the pizzas were disappointing (many had digestion problems). Those who ordered the first one liked it much more.
29/06/2024: I really like their pizza! Dough and seasonings. Especially the caprese because they make it just the way I like it. Red base, mayonnaise and sliced ​​tomato. It's unlikely that they do it like this elsewhere. Unfortunately this evening I won't leave 5 * because we ordered 3 takeaway pizzas, and when taking them to the car a mixture of oil/water began to fall from the boxes; I also got my clothes and shoes dirty. In fact, when we got home the pizzas were too wet! Maybe pay more attention and remove the ingredients WELL first, to avoid eating baby food!
