Review of Hotel Restaurant Plestina. Colfiorito. Foligno New Year's Eve dinner 2025 I returned to eat, with great enthusiasm on New Year's Eve with my family, in this place and I rediscovered that fantastic combination of territoriality, tradition and hospitality of our mountains that had fascinated me since the first time I set foot there. company of friends about three months ago. We had dinner in the large elegant hall of the restaurant and were welcomed with an aperitif and immediately pampered by the kindness and courtesy of the staff and by the owner Mrs. Nadia with that frank manner which actually encompasses all the qualities of genuine hospitality from the hills. Among the first courses offered on the menu we have the gnocchi with a good sauce which with their flavor triggered pleasant memories of home, family, grandparents and carefreeness and the ravioli filled with herbs seasoned with walnuts and sweet cheeses were an explosion of flavor which it suited the bucolic environment that surrounded us perfectly and distanced us, at least for one evening, from the lively confusion of these days. The second courses were a fillet of veal with cream of Colfiorito potatoes, rosemary and baked balsamic vinegar with a side of fresh vegetables. The main dish of the evening this New Year's Eve is the Colfiorito lentil and cotechino to bring luck to the guests. Live music & animation with Marco Luzi, very good. New Year's Eve dinner with a menu having an excellent quality/price ratio. Just a few small moles to remove. Grande rapporto qualità/prezzo.. addirittura oserei dire economico. Personale cordialissimo e cibo cucinato come una volta . Molto buona anche la pizza.

I was here for a quick lunch. Quite ample parking, fast service and friendly staff. The first course based on rabbit ragù was very good (typical dish of the area). Honest prices. I will return with pleasure

I couldn't be luckier!!! Starting with the very affordable prices. Hotel, bar and restaurant located on a quiet street with little traffic, the structure is closed for weekly rest on Mondays. Rooms always very clean, located on the 1st floor, with wi-fi on request The soundproofed windows are equipped with a private bathroom and shower, there is also a small fridge. At the restaurant below, needless to say, the food is very, very good, although personally I was a little disappointed by the absence of fish products, since it comes from the Bari area... at the adjoining bar you can enjoy an excellent coffee which, fortunately, happened to be a fan of this brand. Adjacent street parking which is also free and outdoors; but here, the cars are safe, no one touches them... In short, a really nice holiday!!! Friendly and helpful staff, very polite starting with the director, an exquisite person to say the least!!! Individual holiday trip to try to forget the death of my little dog to whom I was very attached. A perfect holiday, in fact I never cried again over the death of his dog. On this occasion I visited Perugia, Assisi, the beautiful Gubbio, Rasiglia better known as the water village, and Deruda, the city of majolica. Credit cards are accepted.
