Perhaps we saw it being born, but we certainly saw it grow, every occasion, my wife's birthday, my daughters' name day, a friend's visit, the simple desire to sample the chef's delicacies, to enjoy Mrs. Rosaria's welcome, the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff in the dining room—all things that frame the picture and make it even more "appetizing."

We visited this restaurant with another couple of friends and had a truly memorable experience. The location is stunning, elegant, and immersed in a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a quiet and pleasant dinner.
We chose the five-course tasting menu and were thrilled. Each dish was meticulously crafted, with original pairings and high-quality ingredients. The flavors were balanced and well-researched, a true culinary journey from start to finish.
The service was impeccable: the staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive, but never intrusive.
We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent cuisine in a refined and charming setting. Perfect for an evening with friends or to celebrate something special.

A truly beautiful restaurant with attention to every detail, from the location, to welcoming customers to the tasting of the dishes with step-by-step explanations regarding the creation, combinations, etc.
They are also very careful in asking for any allergies, intolerances and in explaining all the ingredients and allergens contained in the dishes
Even though it is called Locanda di Nonna Rosa, you should not expect a rustic, country and traditional look from the place, but it is a real contemporary restaurant with modern and cutting-edge cuisine with cod as the main ingredient in every preparation with astonishingly unusual but extremely delicious combinations
We loved their cuisine but above all their desserts based on pellecchielle apricot compote, truly superb.
