We had dinner in a very pleasant environment, the service attentive and courteous. Above all, the thing to underline is the cuisine, the carefully prepared dishes are an incredible experience of flavours. Many compliments to chef Nicola and all his collaborators. Highly recommended.

What can you say? Perfect!!! Service, ambience, food. Bread and pastries all homemade. Bread for starters, pastries for coffee. Food so delicious and not the normal menu that is available everywhere. Sure, it has its price but it's worth the money. Thank you!

A very welcoming and well-kept place, both inside and outside. Everything taken care of in detail.
The service is impeccable and all the dishes are described.
Not to mention the dishes, sublime, well prepared and balanced in flavour. I have returned at different times of the year and have always found a menu revisited according to the seasons.
Even the desserts are works of art in their plating and flavours.

A staple of Pietra's restaurants, it's not the first time we've come to this nice little place sitting along an alley to enjoy a dinner without any ifs or buts... the choice for the starter falls on the focaccia with burrata, anchovies and lemon zest...how delicious. And the samlnone marinated with bergamot. excellent. It continues with simple but tasty maccheroncini with anchovies and mussels and ends with tuna seared to perfection and an unforgettable cream of trumpet courgettes with baby squid and crunchy bread... it ends with puff pastry with compote of apricot cream with rosemary...all accompanied by fresh and aromatic local bubbles. Absolutely worth trying. Staff always friendly, helpful and affable.

In the gastronomic tour of Pietra Ligure you certainly cannot miss a visit to this excellently managed and well-kept restaurant. The kitchen offers dishes with unusual but particularly tasty combinations which we appreciated. Excellent service and friendliness made the evening even more pleasant.
